| Our course module focuses on the needs of the individual drivers, working proactively to improve hazard awareness, hazard perception and to adopt better defensive driving techniques. This training helps change an employee's attitude towards driving, especially when carried out in conjunction with complimentary training (to tackle specific, identified risks) and other motivational techniques. We also focus on the types of journey individual employees make, to ensure that the training is relevant to their own driving situation. | ||||||||||
