| Car-Pool / Car-Share Driver Training | ||||||||||
| Many organisations are encouraging employees to car share to and from work and also, wherever possible, for business travel. There are a number of economic, safety and environmental benefits gained from this approach, but many drivers do not make good passengers and often feel uncomfortable or sometimes even unsafe when being driven by a colleague, making car-sharing less likely. |

| Our course module is designed to reduce this fear factor by encouraging employees to drive in a sympathetic and relaxed manner, therefore improving passenger comfort and safety, whilst helping to reduce stress for both the driver and passengers, resulting in better performance on arrival at work. | ||||||||||
| This training will be appropriate if you have policies in place, or wish to introduce them, that encourage employees to share cars on their daily commute to and from work. This is becoming increasingly popular, especially with companies having a strong environmental policy, and also those companies locating to new facilities near town centres. | ||||||||||
