Since leaving the Military, Steve has developed his skills further in the driver development industry, being actively involved in training courses and the development of training teams, both in the UK and around the world, building projects from conception to completion and tailoring courses to assist the requirements of a valued client base.

Steve is regarded within the Fleet Training industry as one of the best and most diverse trainers globally.

Steve is responsible for the recruitment and management of our dedicated and highly skilled team ensuring ADT’s consistently exceed customer expectations.  He ensures our training services are to a consistently high standard, whilst developing new course on a vast array of vehicles including those with special adaptations to meet growing customer demand.

Being driven and motivated by demand from our ever expanding client base, Steve is currently overseeing the further development of services around the world taking ADT truly to new global heights.
