  Our philosophy
We strongly believe that to make a long-lasting contribution, any work-related road safety initiatives need to be incorporated into a long-term strategy, and managed accordingly, just like any other business process.  There is very strong scientific evidence that driver training on its own is, at best, only effective in the short term, and at worst can be counterproductive.  For more detail on this issue please see our FAQ's

We also strongly believe that any interventions an organisation makes should be based on a thorough understanding of the hazards and risks, both proven and theoretical, that its employees face.  Any control methods we help implement or deliver, including driver training, are based on risk assessments and the analysis of the historical incidents.  This is based on our proven work-related road risk strategy, The Virtuous Circle, that is outlined on the right.

We do not have any 'off the shelf' training services, as we always ensure that any we deliver, whether this is in-vehicle or 'classroom' based, is focused on the needs of an individual, or group, based on our analysis of the risk assessments.  This approach ensures that the actual risks get tackled, and we are not relying on luck.  For more details follow the services link.
